Nahid Fattahi is a psychotherapist, self-compassion coach, and writer who speaks on mental health, self-compassion, and resilience. With a background in Silicon Valley as a Marketing and Project Manager, she understands job-related stress, burnout, and career transitions. Fluent in English and Farsi, with conversational skills in Hindi and Urdu, she integrates Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) in her practice.
She is also involved in research on AI and psychology, neurodivergent experiences, and digital health solutions for mental wellness. Her writing on mental health has been featured in Psychology Today, the San Francisco Chronicle, Ms. Magazine, The Progressive Magazine, and other media platforms.

Alees Azar supports individuals in overcoming challenges and finding joy and fulfillment. Specializing in anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, relationship issues, and trauma, she offers a compassionate and research-backed approach. Through her therapeutic work, she integrates cognitive behavioral, mindfulness-based, and multicultural perspectives, creating a supportive space for growth and healing. Clients are guided in identifying their strengths and developing effective coping skills to improve relationships and overall well-being. With expertise in EMDR, trauma, depression, anxiety, and grief, Alees Azar also provides Immigration Psychological Evaluations and certified hypnotherapy services.
